Strengths: integration of experiences about responsible use of energy; operative networks (not formal) to get together, doing and thinking, solutions becoming protagonists of actions for change; the intergeneration learning exchanging experience and results (children, teenagers, adults); collaboration between many and diverse organizations involved in the process, beside citizens; working groups to share thoughts and actions: inquiry methods, networking and development of a culture for the ESD values.

Barriers: Some ineffective communication strategies, limited financial support.

Impact:The collaboration created a working method to develop participatory projects between local authorities and schools and new strategies of relations between teachers, students and parents.

The network requires a lot of effort. Caring relationships and the whole organization is very important to design measures  of action and implement collaborative practice close to citizens.
